To między innymi powstające w reakcji Maillarda 2-acetylo-1-pirolina i 6-acetylo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydropirydyna. Udomowienie człowieka zaczęło się prawdopodobnie na Bliskim Wschodzie, np. w Abu Hurejra i związane było z rozpoczęciem uprawy ośmiu roślin. Przy okazji udomowiono kozę, myszy i kot przyszły same. Wilka udomowiliśmy tysiące lat wcześniej (udomowiliśmy jest nonsensowne, bo człowiek był wtedy wędrowny). Najstarszego psa znaleziono w Belgii, jest tak stary, że to się w głowie nie mieści.

Poniżej kawałek książki, która pewnie nigdy nie zostanie (dobrze) przetłumaczona na polski. Czemu go tu daję? Bo ściągnąłem z jakiegoś chińskiego serwera i właśnie czytam.

Autor (Gerbil) podpisał zdjęcie "Hase mit Ostereiern", próby ustalenia kim jest Hase przy użyciu Guglotranslatora niewiele dały. Żeby nie zakłócać przedświątecznej atmosfery: przedstawiciel rodziny Zającowatych (Leporidae).
